SADHANA YOGA THERAPY · TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK
Learn to use your breath intentionally—not just to relax, but to respond more skillfully to what your body and mind need.
But breathwork is not one technique. Some practices help us settle, some improve focus, some retrain dysfunctional breathing patterns, and others create energy or heightened physiological states. At Sadhana, breathwork is selected based on the individual, the situation, and the desired outcome.
Your breath is one of the few physiological processes that happens automatically and can also be influenced consciously. Changing the rhythm, depth, pace, and structure of breathing can influence how we feel, focus, recover, move, and respond to stress.
The goal is not to breathe “better” all the time. It is to develop greater adaptability.
